1. Company Information

THEPOT GENERAL TRADING COMPANY (THE POT) specializes in high-quality artificial plants, trees, pots, and planters. All purchases made through our website are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or make purchases.
You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its operations.
All website content (photos, descriptions, branding) is the property of THE POT and may not be reproduced without permission.

3. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, dimensions, and images.
Slight variations in color or size may occur due to manufacturing differences or lighting.
Handmade and unique trunk items may differ slightly from photos.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the local currency unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Payment must be completed through our accepted payment methods.
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

5. Orders & Availability

Availability is subject to stock.
If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you for a replacement or refund.
Pre-order items require a 50–100% deposit and typically take 60–90 days.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery times vary based on location and order type.
Large or oversized items may require scheduling and may incur additional delivery or handling fees.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
If delivery fails due to wrong address or no response, a re-delivery fee may apply.

7. Commercial & Bulk Orders

A quotation will be provided based on project requirements.
A deposit of 50–70% is required to confirm the order.
Commercial orders are non-refundable once production or procurement has begun.
Delivery, installation, and logistics fees may vary depending on project size.
Custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Project timelines may vary depending on manufacturing and supply schedules.

8. Installation Service Terms

Installation fees are quoted based on size, complexity, and location.
Access to the installation site must be clear and ready before the team’s arrival.
THE POT is not responsible for issues related to unsuitable surfaces, electrical, plumbing, or structural problems, or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Any additional materials or modifications required during installation may incur extra charges.
If an installation appointment is missed or rescheduled, a service fee may apply.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
Returns are not accepted for large artificial trees or oversized items, pre-orders and custom-made items, commercial or project orders, or items damaged due to misuse.
A pickup/return fee may apply.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If any item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the case.

11. Warranty

Artificial plants, pots, and planters come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects only.
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, weather exposure, or modification is not covered.

12. Privacy Policy

Customer information (name, number, address, etc.) is used only for order processing and delivery.
THE POT does not sell or share personal data with third parties except logistics and payment partners.

13. Limitation of Liability

THE POT is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or couriers, damage resulting from incorrect installation surfaces, customer misuse or alteration of products, or any indirect or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.

14. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
Pre-orders, custom items, and commercial orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
If the product has shipped, cancellation will follow the return policy and fees may apply.
